988 Support Group-Education

May 29 at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm CDT

Join us this Mental Health Month for a FREE community education session focused on suicide prevention and awareness. This is a 1 hour program designed to give you real, practical knowledge that can help save lives.

This open, welcoming session will cover the scope of suicide, including current data, risk and protective factors, warning signs. You’ll walk away with actionable tools and a better understanding of how to support someone who may be struggling.

This training is designed for adults (18+) in the general public and creates a comfortable space to learn how to talk about suicide, reduce stigma, and connect people to the help they need. Whether you’ve been personally impacted, support someone else, or simply want to be more informed—this education is for you.

The Presentation is presented by Maggie Buckley

Come as you are, wear your GREEN, and take a seat.
No pressure. Just real conversation, real learning, and a stronger community.
