Ashley will be sharing a deeply personal story of loss and healing. After losing her uncle in 2017, she and her family began navigating the complex and often overwhelming journey of grief.
She will speak openly about what her family did—and didn’t—do during the grieving process, the challenges she faced along the way, and how this loss impacted her everyday life. Through her story, she hopes to shed light on the realities of grief, including the moments of struggle, growth, and resilience that are often unseen.
She will also share what ultimately helped her through the hardest moments and why becoming involved with SEMO SP has played an important role in her healing journey. Her story is one of honesty, reflection, and hope, and a reminder that healing looks different for everyone—and that no one has to walk through loss alone.
