Losing a loved one to suicide is incredibly difficult and can bring overwhelming and complicated emotions. You may feel grief, confusion, anger, guilt, or isolation—and you are not alone.
Southeast Missouri Suicide Prevention is offering an in-person support group for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group is designed to provide a safe, supportive space where survivors can connect with others who understand and relate to these unique experiences.
This is not therapy, and you will never be forced to share. Come as you are. Whether you choose to listen, reflect, or connect quietly with others, you are welcome here. Our goal is to offer support, understanding, and hope as you navigate your healing journey.
Light snacks and water will be provided.
